Although COVID-19 has put a crimp on visiting New Haven (even for us alumni), there is an option to experience all that Yale has to offer by virtually touring the campus.

Admitted to Yale and have questions that only someone who has been there can answer? Maybe you want to get a head start on meeting some of your potential classmates - after all, you'll probably be on the same flight to/from San Diego at some point and could share a ride! Whatever your reason, we invite you to come meet local Bulldogs and let us celebrate with you at what we know will be your first of many Yale celebrations! Typically scheduled right after decisions are announced but before the commit-by date.
First-Years Picnic
Now that you've made the (correct) decision to attend Yale in the fall, bring your family to an end-of-summer casual BBQ (usually beginning of August). Parents can talk about move-in strategies and mattress toppers while you find out what residential colleges the other San Diegans will call home.
