Yale Book Award

Each year in May, the Yale Club of San Diego presents the Yale Book Award to outstanding juniors attending public and private high schools in San Diego.

Recipients are selected by participating schools based on the following criteria:

• The student must be in the current Junior Class,
• The student should be in the top 2-3 % of the class,
• The student should have leadership skills,
• The student should be an “All-American,” demonstrating outstanding personal character and intellectual promise.

• High Bluff Academy
• High Tech High Chula Vista
• High Tech High Mesa
• High Tech High N. County 
• Jacobs High Tech High
• Pt. Loma High School
• St. Augustine High School
• SDHS Creative & Performing Arts
• Scripps Ranch High School
